Meetmyyimshi13 answered Friday July 21 2006, 12:47 pm: hold the camera directly in front of you so the lense faces your face, have your arm stretched out as far as it can go. Then raise your arm up still with the camera in the same position. As your raising your arm follow the camera with your eyes.
