Weight Issues.

I'm on Birth Control. This pill can cause some weight gain, and on me it's added about 7 pounds. This isn't good for me, because I am already overweight. I'm 5'1, so even 1 pound shows on my body. It absolutely sucks. I start school early August, so I need help losing at least 10-15 pounds. Now, you can tell me to run, work out, etc, but I probably won't. I would prefer you give me a diet of 1,200 calories or less. Or even just things to eat, a list, idc. Any help will do, just don't tell me workout, because I won't, I'm lazy.

Eat apples, drink water no pop. Eat salads. Always eat breakfast. Walk up, and down your stairs a few times. Or do crunches. Hope I helped.

hey i hate working out also but you should go back to your doctor and tell him to change your birth control pill because thats the reason why your gaining weight. just tell the doctor whats going on and they cna give you a different pill and maybe that wont make you gain weight.
