Make sure you are drinking a lot of water...especially when you are in the heat. You should drink a MINIMAL of half your body weights oz. a day. (example: a hundred pound person would drink 50 oz of water, a 110 would drink 55 oz. etc.) Also, you might want to wet a rag and put it on your forehead. If you took advil, and it didnt really seem like it helped, i wouldnt take it, and find something else that would help your headache. I hope i helped! its_melissa_DuH answered Wednesday July 19 2006, 1:05 pm: i had this too. its probably from the heat. stay inside with the air on. drink ALOT of water. also dont go outside as much. try to get more sleep. if it doesnt get better, see a doctor. good luck & hope i helped!
Brandi_S answered Wednesday July 19 2006, 12:33 pm: Well, I know how much that sucks. I, too, have sinus problems and i get occational migrains as well.
I suppose it's possible that your continuing headache is caused by the heat, but I'm not a doctor so I can't say, "yep, that's the problem."
But it might be a good thing to call into your family doctor and at least ask the nurse if it is something to set an appointment for. (You will probably have to leave the nurse a message and get a call back later.)
They have all of your history for your sinus problems, so they would be the best to contact. [ Brandi_S's advice column | Ask Brandi_S A Question ]
