Is it possible to get a blood blister on your vagina or under the skin that surrounds it?
Thanks.

Yes, I do imagine that is possible.
If you hit it the right way or rubbed it the wrong way or something, yeh, I imagine you could quite possibly aqquire a blood blister.
It's not entirely different from having a pimple there.

If it hasn't cleared up in a week, talk to your mom or trusted adult female, and suggest seeing a doctor.
