Question Posted Sunday July 16 2006, 9:09 pm

i just want to get an opinion: does a layered haircut look choppy? i don't want to get it if it looks weird and uneven. i wanted it to be cut like this: [Link](Mouse over link to see full location) go down to where it says "The Ashley Olsen Look" i wanted to get it like that and i wanted to show my hair stylest but i don't know where to get a bigger picture of it. also i have natrually straight long light brown hair and my mom says that if i want it to look like that i have to blowdry it every day.. is this true? thanks soooooooooo much!!!!!

If your hair is naturally straight, you shouldn't have to blowdry it every day. That's a hard look to pull off, so be careful if you do it. Also it looks like it could be pretty high maintenance, such as a lot of brushing/styling, sometimes blowdrying (depending on the weather & how your hair acts in it), and hairspray/styling products. Make sure you're ready for a high maintenance "do" before you get your hair chopped off. :)

Good luck!
