Nails!

Question Posted Thursday July 13 2006, 4:47 pm

Help! My nails have long cuticles, and when I push them down, i just get hese majorly bad hangnails, and I have them on every finger!! Plus I'm trying to get a french manicure but like without tips so I really need to get them to be healthy, but I don't know how cause they're always messed up. Like, the nail is always yellow and I always bite them..Does anyone have any tips to stop and how to get my nails healthy without paying a lot ? Thanks in advanced

I have these vitamins called hair, skin, and nails. It is supposed to make youre hair, skin, and nails healthy. You can get it at GNC for like 8 dollars. They probably have them at Wal mart too.]

WARNING: they smell really gross!

Goood luck.
