my best friend has great fashion and a TON of money, my mom just quit her job so our money kind of went down and i heart her fashion a lot but my mom is making me have a budget for school shopping and i want to be like her a lot i mean her fashion but under a budget i don't think i can do that but idk what to do. i just really don't know how to acsessorize or anything but i have to say i have a GREAT taste. me and her shop and stores like a&F and stuff like that not designer like you but i wish i could afford that but whateves. i need to know how to be fashionable under a budget....

for A&F, go to the clearence section.
Hollister co. has great clearence sections in the store. they always have like 3 tables of clearence stuff.
charlotte russe usually has cute shirts [graphic T's, babydolls, tanks] and is not expensive at all.
you can always go to Ross, Plato's closet, and other hand me up stores.
