Whats a good-cheap waterproof foundation and concealer? and how do you use them? like techniques? Also is it true that your sapposed to get a shade darker than yur natural skin tone? What shade do i get?

Well, I know the store Sephora has a great line of makeup, so I looked up waterproof concealer and came up with this: [Link](Mouse over link to see full location) However, that stuff is VERY expensive. I just use cover girl and it works fine enough for me. Foundation: that matte mousse works great. As for the color, I usually get coverup that's lighter than my skin color and foundation that is the exact color of my skin. But if you're using concealer only, use one the exact color of your skin.
Techniques:
Concealer: Apply to spots that need to be covered and dab to smooth. Do NOT rub it off.
Foundation: Use a makeup sponge to apply evenly to your face. Don't foget your eye lids! Also, smooth so that it will go a little further than your jawline. Good luck!
