OKay i know thers alo of differnt liek absorbensys for tampon but like could you list them for me and tell me how long each kinda shouls be left in??thanks

Well, there's light, regular, and super.
They should only be left in 6-8 MAXIMUM.
You should use the right absorbency according to your flow...like if you have a light flow, don't use super!
