I dont go anywhere i just want to go to a protected tanning bed, and get a little more dark then what I am. i dont want to be at to much of a risk of skin cancer.

I go to a salon, not at my home

Okay. If you go to a salon, ask them that you want a UV Protectant tanning bed, and you only want a little tan. Some tanning beds have rays that go to the extreme and tan you like crazy, so that your skin looks like charcoal in the end. They should have different 'packages' that fit your options and needs. That's the best that I could answer. I don't tan at tanning places, so, sorry if I wasn't that much of a help. I didn't want to reject your question. :]]
