you can get this laser thing done so you won't have any hair on your legs. But i think that the laser hair remove thingy is a lot of money. you can try waxing but it doesn't take your leg hair away forever. and it hurts very bad. but anothere thing about waxing is that it doesn't grow back as fat as it does when you shave your legs.

You will have to get electrolosis. It's very expensive and will probably take more than one try.

I'm not sure if you can remove hair completely from your legs perminately. Waxing your legs may keep your legs hairless for a longer time than just shaving. I know that wasn't much, but I hope I helped =]
