The Craft

I feel weird asking this but..
in the movie "the craft" the four girls worship "manon" or whatever. is this "manon" really something people believe in or is it just made up for the movie?

Some believe in it. If I am thinking correctly it's connected to the religion wiccans believe in.

No, it was made up for the movie. However, most Wiccans and Pagans create their own names and images for their Deity or Deities anyway, so it's perfectly acceptable to make such a thing up. However, that movie is not a real representation of witchcraft; it's just a fictional story. =)
