inbox rejection

Question Posted Friday June 23 2006, 11:29 pm

Hey I didn't think this was in the information section, but I may be wrong. Sorry if that is the case. What happens if I "reject" an inbox question? Is the user notified? It is one of those third person, weight loss, who do you agree with questions. Thanks :]

karenR answered Friday June 23 2006, 11:37 pm:
I know when you hit the reject button It always says the questioner has requested that the question be deleted. So I really don't know if they are told or not.

A lot of the time they have asked others anyway so it isn't a big deal. Another thing I ALWAYS do
is check the questions I haven't rated yet. 9 times out of 10 the question has been asked to the pool! You are really better off answering the pool question since any rating they give you
counts is you answer that one. Inbox questions do not help your ratings at all.

So if you don't want to answer it just delete it.
I will ask DN about that though because I really don't know. :)
