eyeliner
after i put on my eyeliner it always like wears off or just comes off after like an hour or two.
What can i do to make it stick all day?
change eyeliners? Or the way i apply it?

ive heard that you can spray your face with A LITTLE hairspray and your makeup stays on longer. you could always use liquid eyeliner too. it stays on longer [ usually ]. and you can always out it a little blow (on bottom, Higher on top) where you eyelashes are, then it shouldnt rub off as easy. and you dont look like a slut or something.
