i dont think theres any natural way to make your boobs grow. boobs are fat tissue, and muscle. milk helps mainly bones, but thats good too, but i dont think it will help you boobs or atleast much. and squeezing your hands together is rumored to help, supposidly it grows your msucles, so maybe it does. try it. and you can always try a padded bra too or a push up. be proud of who you are girl, the guys should love you for you, not your rack! :P
