my friend likes the kid i like and she is like in love but i like him and he likes me..but she would be crushed what do i do?

On this situation, you have to evaluate what you like more: your friendship with your best friend or a boyfriend that you'll likely break up with. This is just my opinion, but I would not go out with the kid to keep your relationship with your friend. You wouldn't want to lose a strong relationship with your best friend just because you like a boy that she likes. So I would say don't go out with the boy, and stay friends with your best friends.
