Im 13 and have never made out before. I want to. And theres this guy im starting to talk to that i met and he made it a little more than obvious that when we hang out he wants to make out with me. But im not sure how and i dont wanna be a bad kisser or do it wrong. Any good advice. i will rate.

To start: NOBODY is a bad kisser. It's always up to what people like;)
So, as from what I read he probably likes you. If you want to get kissed from him you have to show him that you are interested! You have to become more open to him. You have to get closer, and when you do you should keep on walking away for 2-3 times. He will try to kiss you, so keep your eyes open when he tries to. And, about kissing: Just relax. When he is going to kiss you just stay calm and play along. It's not that hard as we all think it is.
