I cant retract the foreskin to show the head of my penis.

What can I do to make it retractable??

You didn't mention if you are circumsized or not, if not this would help.

If you are, then you probably have what's called adhesions, this is basically scar tissue that has caused the skin to be connected where it's not supposed to be.

This can be prevented after circumcision by retracting the foreskin a couple of times a day during hygiene. A lot of Mother's don't know this, but it should have been in the circ instructions from the hospital (if done as a newborn).

Your best bet now is to see a physician that can remove the adhesions or do a circ. There is no other treatment that will actually correct the problem.
