well in volley ball i played setter and are school just started it for middle this school year so my coach told me to just bump my sets but for next season well probably be getting advaced and i wanted to know how to set the ball with your fingers.in detail please.THANX!VOLLEYBALL ROCKS!!!!!!!!!

Ok.. first you relax your fingers and spread your fingers out a little bit. then you make a 'window' with your hands by taking your two pointer fingers and making them just touch as well as your two thumbs, you then put your 'window' over your head were the ball is coming.when the ball hits your window, you gently tap it while bringing your fingers in but you have to tap it just right so that the ball doesnt fall right in front of you.=D
