giving a guy a hickey and giving a girl a hickey is the same thing. anyway, a hickey is basically broken blood vessels. its almost like a bruise too. what you do is put your mouth against the side of their neck, in a kissing shape. you leave your mouth slightly open in the middle, like your saying the letter "O". now you suck in! You suck the skin into your mouth which causes the blood vessels to break. it doesnt take long, maybe 30 seconds. if you have problems with sucking, then you can always try nibbling it with your teeth. but thats last resort. it will turn out pink or redish. remember its a bruise, so it will stay for a couple days. good luckk

hope this helps!! :] ♥
