your rape answer

Question Posted Friday June 16 2006, 10:37 am

just thought id tell you why you got a one, i didnt ask that question but i ran accross it. having sex with a drunk person, or someone otherwise incapaacitated and unable to give consent is considered rape. now of course since she waited so long it wouldnt hold up in court, and she would lose the case, but that doesnt change the fact that it was rape
