use proactiv....i use it and it works for everything... depending on your skin, use it either once a day, once evry other day, or twice a day..

i used to use AcneFree, but i stopped. first of all it took too long to do and second of all i didn't see any long term results. it helped clear up my skin in like 2 weeks, but then my acne started coming back even worse then before. i went back to useing just a regular acne cream that is 6% benzoyl peroxide.
but for your question...it is just pimples

You should read the tube and see what it says. If it says pimples, then its pimples, if it says blackheads, then its blackheads. But if it just says like 'acne cleanser' then its mostly pimples.
Try Clean & Clear Blackhead Clearing Scrub. It should be in a dark blue tube with white writing. It works pretty good compared to the others that I've used.
