Pregnancy happens when sperm enters a vagina. As long as the finger going into your vagina has no sperm on it, you can't get pregnant.
Sexually transmitted infections, like AIDS or HIV, happen when there is contact of bodily fluids between someone who is infected and you. You can't give yourself an infection.
If someone else who was already infected and had an open wound/cut on their finger touched you, there would be a chance of infection.
