buttt i was wondering if anyone knew how to looose weight.. i know its a dumb question but ive triedd almost everything. i try dieting but i eat everything anyway.. i think its because i dont think i have self control, and i tried not eating.. and that didntt last long and people started to catch on. ive never tried being belimeic*.. that scares me.. andd i have a bigg sweet tooth. i just cant stop.. im not over weight.. i just have alot of muscel, but i do want to get rid of everything elsee..

If you want to lose weight you have to eat! You need to burn more calories than you take in. For example, when you have your chicken ceasar salad, get fat free dressing which will only have like 30 calories, compared to normal dressing which has about 100. That way you will have 70 more calories to use else where. It's easier to diet if you eat several small means over the span of the day, and don't eat after 7pm (or eat light) because your body starts to burn fat slower then. Drink LOTS of water, it helps cut back on cravings and is really good for your body. When you're get a craving for something but you don't want to eat, ice is always a good substitute, the chewing and swallowing motion makes your body feel like it's eating, and your body uses like 23 calories to heat the water you take in to body temperature. So the colder the water the better. Here's a website for you to go to...You put in the amount of minutes you do for each activity (EVEN SLEEPING!!!) and it tells you how many calories you have burned for that day.
