i have nortion antivirus & i know that i have a virus & were fixing it later, but until then it has a pop up saying i do have one & i click 'ok' but it never goes away. it juss keeps coming up. it only goes away when i totally close out of norton & i can't do that because that's my virus scanner. is there anyway i can get rid of this pop up that says that i have a virus??
sbloemeke answered Friday June 9 2006, 4:59 pm: It would probably be best to do a full scan, and quarentine the problem. Tell norton to delete the problem, and a popup probably should not happen. If not, contact systamatec, and let them know the specifics of the problem. [ sbloemeke's advice column | Ask sbloemeke A Question ]

If THAT doesn't work, then you can go to symantec.com [Norton site] or go to google and type in 'norton antivirus issues' and it should come up with some help forums from different websites.
