pilates and cardio.. can they actually fix the lower stomach?(my stomach is very like chubby) and how do i do them.. like i need a site and also how long will i see results? thanks!

Pilates and cardio are great, as long as you do them every day, and not just skip days.
My aunt does a lot of aerobics, pilates, and cardio at the gym every day and she's forming a six pack.
You have to stay committed and believe in yourself.
