There are a ton of ways to do that - the art of flirting. Hehe. First off, you can use what's called 'Mirroring Body Language'. It's just a fancy way of calling what you do when you copy, or 'mirror' the other person's body movements. For example if he puts his arm around you - you put your arm around him & if he runs his hands through your hair, you do the same to him. Next, when you talk to him you can whisper. It's a classic trick, give him a compliment by whispering in his ear. Also you while seeing him in the hallway, smile, and then drop something. If he's a nice guy, he'll most likely pick up whatever you dropped for you - and it's the perfect time to chat up! You could also give him the head to toe look and then smile - meaning you like what you see! But these things aren't obvious at all, which is really awesome. You can also give him a nickname. It's a flirting trick used by many people and it's to create an inside joke between the two of you. (For instance, if he drinks a lot of soda, call him sodapop). Good luck!
