okay...lately i've been feeling really self concious about a lot of things on my body. i've solved my problem of having too big of a butt and thighs and im working on that at the moment. i need help figuring out how to get rid of my acne problem though. it's like...it takes over my whole body. i've got a little tiny bit on my chest and some on my back and like a norml teenage amount on my face i guess you could say. i've also got little bumps on my arms. everytime i take a shower i use a loofa to wash my body and i'm trying this overnight lotion stuff that helps with this kind of thing but it seems like nothing is working. summer is coming up and i don't want to be disgusted with myself in a bakini or being afraid to be my flirtatious self around guys. any tips would be an enormous help =/ thanks so much.

As for the little bumps on your arms, they probably will never go away completely. However, when you get a tan, they won't be incredibly noticable. The tiny bit of acne on your chest and back really won't be a big deal. I have some, but I just put a little bit of cover-up makeup on them. Unless you bring attention to them, nobody will really notice them unless they're terribly disgusting. The ones on your face, just restrain from popping them. IT WILL SCAR! Believe me, I've got scars all over my face, chest, back, arms, and legs from picking at zits and scabs. DON'T DO IT! Try new products. I've heard proactive works well on some people (not particularly on me and my brother, however). Also, OXY sells a body wash that you can use in the shower to rid youreslf of body acne. Shower daily. I wish you the best of luck, but remember, it's summer... RELAX!!! [ hopeihelped's advice column | Ask hopeihelped A Question ]
