Vikki27 answered Monday June 5 2006, 1:05 pm: I have a Nokia 6280 and so far have had no problems at all. I've only had it for three weeks so far but it works wonderfully with no faults. The buttons work fine, all the functions work well and so far it is one of the nicest phones I have ever had.
I really think that it is the luck of the draw. The best thing you can do is actually go to a shop for a specific phone company, like T-Mobile or 02. They will explain their price plans and in every shop I have been to, they offer you insurance on your phone so if anything does happen, they will replace it.
