Before I start dont get me wrong. I take a bath 2 times a day when I wake up and before I go to bed but here it goes.
My bf wants to finger me or go down on me but I am worried that I might stink down there because somes times I get discharge before/after my period so what can or should I do.

I get the same concern from my wife, even after being married for over 12 years. I would not worry too much about it. As long as you are washing, there shouldn't be a problem. When you are nearing your period, don't be embarrased to let your boyfriend know. He should be understanding. If you want to wash before sex, I recommend using a gentle,non perfumed soap. The perfumed soaps can leave a residue that your boyfriend may taste if he were to perform oral sex. Most of all, talk to your boyfriend. Not just during sex, but during casual conversation in a private setting. let him know your concerns. He will probably tell you the same thing I tell my wife. I love to please you this way and no you don't stink.
