walking ok well i want to no how long do i have to walk a day to loose weight? and can u tell me how long to walk and how much weight i will lose

it depends how fast you walk
and how much weight you wanna loose
i would say walk about 25-35 minutes should be good to keep you in shape

doctors say you should walk 3 or 4 times a week for around 25+ min. you should loose about 3-5 pounds a week if you do that. ]
