okay my first question is
1. my sisters 16th birthday is coming up and we need to know some activities we can do of the night time no spin the bottle cause our boyfriends will also be stayin alnight we already hav hide n go seek n the dark with partners but do u think thats too childish

When you get to a certain age, nothing is too childish. Heck, I've seen 40 year olds playing hide and seek in the dark. Do it, it'll be fun. You also may want to rent a movie to watch, get Twister to play, ad get some music to dance to. You may also want to go out to a restaurant at the start, if you have the money.
Get your sister a gift card to a clothing store, and which one depends on her personality. If she is preppy, go for Ambercrombie. If she is un-preppy, yet has a sense of fashion, go to Kohls. If she is just "Throw anything on me", get one to Barnes and Nobles. :p

2) i say make her a ginormous scrapbook of you & her growing up as sisters. i think she might like that.
