Question Posted Tuesday May 30 2006, 5:28 pm

Hey Alison, it's Triple G. Well my advice column is up and ready. But for some reason, this thing keeps popping up, saying that I didn't activate my account. What does it mean, and what should I do?

Maybe give some free advice about: Advicenators?

This probably means that an email was sent to your address (to make sure you are a real person, and not a spammer/robot/etc) with some instructions, and you haven't yet done what they said. For most websites such as this one, this email will have a link you need to click.

This takes you to the main site, where you confirm and activate your advice column.

I'd check back through our inbox for this email, and then perhaps check that the address you gave advicenators was correct.

Good luck!
