Ok- I'm 5'3 and weigh 123. Am i really overweight? I gained 20 pounds over the summer..and ihave been trying to get it off ever since. I run 2 miles everyday, and it made a bit of difference, but not the results i thought would come. Please help. I'll rate high . Thanks.

You likely gained the weight since your body is changing. I'm really happy to see a girl that is not starving herself in order to lose weight! Keep on running... you'll see results eventually. You're not overweight, but it's still good to stay in shape. :) ]
