Any time you notice something unusual, especially something foul-smelling and unusual, the best thing to do is to go straight to your gynecologist. If you and your boyfriend have been exclusive with each other, STD's are not necessarily something you should be concerned about, however, there are several infections and other abnormalities that can happen with something so fragile as your vagina. Keep an eye on it and make note of any changes, and in the meantime, make an appointment with your gynecologist. If necessary, places like Planned Parenthood offer free/discounted exams as well.
