flatter stomache

alright, well i want a flatter stomach, so how can i accomplish that with out doing sit ups, crunches or any twisting because i cant do those cuz of my back cuz i have metal rods n stuff in my back from surgery so do you have any other ideas? thanks much

If you want to overall tone your body, but you can't do any of those things listed above, then I would suggest swimming of fast walking. Both of these things will make you stronger and healthier. Any kind of cardio exercise like that will help you lose weight on your entiere body. The only way to lose target fat on your stomach, is to do crunches, which you are unable to do.
