Toning body balm helps improve skin’s vitality while moisturizing and certain kinds have collegen in them that are suppose to make your skin firmer, but i sincerely doubt they make that much of a difference. for the most part, they are a strong moisterizer, a step up from body lotion. Put it on before bed instead of during the day because body balm is always more oily and thick.
