heyyyyyy i need help on how to use a tampon

im guessing by saying using a tampon you mean putting it in. there are a couple ways you can learn how. the way i reccomend is asking your mom. dont be scared and just be honest with her. tell her you need help and really wanna wear tampons. you shouldnt be wearting tampons till after you knwo how heavy your flow is & stuff. no matter what it shouldnt hurt you - the inital feeling is kinda wierd but you deffinitally get used to it and you are so happy to have it instead of a stupid diaperish thing. haha. anotehr way if your not comfortable about talking with it to your mom is to look on the side of the box. it pretty much always has the directions of the side. and if you dont wanna do that.. then you can go here [ [Link](Mouse over link to see full location) ] and scroll down to "How do you insert a tampon?" . sorry that it shows some pictures - but its helpful and its good if you dont wanna ask her or soemone else. if you have anymore questions - im here =)
