I love my boyfriend more than anything in the world. I'm only 16 so I can't really take him out anywhere ( i dont have my liscense and neither does he). Besides giving him head, letting him finger me, and making out .. what other things could I do for him? Like cutesy things?

There are many, many things you can do with your boyfriend.
You can talk. You can play Monopoly. You can watch Avatar: The Last Airbender.
If you haven't seen Avatar, you don't know what you're missing. In the last episode, there were these things called turtleducks, which as you can imagine, are half turtle, half duck. You want something cutesy? There you go. Everybody I've spoken to (who saw the episode) agrees that they are the CUTEST THINGS EVER.
Trust me, Avatar is perfect for couples. You can debate over what you think is going to happen next, or what relationships are better. Your boyfriend will love the fighting, and you will love the humor. Or the other way around. But it's not just fighting and humor! It has a beautiful, emotional plot! You can curl up under the covers and eat homemade cookies together and watch it all night long. Seriously, it's wonderful.

bake him cookies! believe me it's so much fun and he'll love it!
find a small box and decorate it, line it with tissue paper or anything else you can find, then fill it with something you've baked him yourself.
