is it weird or odd that during sex a girl doesnt have an orgasm.. what if she feels the pleasure, but just keeps it in

No, some girls don't.

Don't keep it in if you don't want to. Your partner probably expects feedback, and by making noises you're letting him/her know what you like and don't like. But you don't have to do/say anything you're not comfortable with.
