I suggest that you ask your Mum to go with you to buy the most suitable tampons for you. She can advise you on which ones will be better. It is always a good idea to only get the lowest absorbency ones right for you. If your Mum can't/won't help then pop along to your Pharmicist and ask them to help. Hope that helps. Good luck with your dance performances. ]
It is reccomended that you use the lowest absorbency for your flow. I use regular. However, if you tend to have a heavy flow, then super absorbancy is probably fine. You might consider using a lower absorbancy when you are on a lighter flow. If they feel okay when they're in then you can certainly continue to use them. Just remember to change them about every 4-8 hours (or whatever the reccomended time is for your brand) and you should be fine. As for other reccomendations, I use tampax compak or Tampax Pearl Plastic. I like them and they work well for me, but thats me. Hope I helped.

Hey try anything thats comfortable! I really don't use tampons because they kinda hurt, and I can't really find the right ones...but do whatever is comfortable I hope this helps.
