I've lost 20 pounds in 2 weeks but I do it the very unhealthy way. but I'll tell you how.. although I realllyy dont advise it. Well. First off, you have to decrease your calorie intake to an ammount where you can easily burn more calories than you eat. So I decreased mine to 500. & everyday I played DDR(dance dance revolution) for the entire day and when I was done I burned 3000 cal's. thats the equivelant to a pound. So basically what your going to have to do. is take in 500 cal's a day. but MAKE SURE you spread it out so your eating 3 meals. if you dont eat 3 meals your body will starve and pull nutrients from other places. Dont drink water 30 minutes before or after you eat (you'll retain salt). Celery is really good, its negative calories. It takes them away, so eat alot of that. Make sure to drink alot of water too, so you dont dehydrate.
Anyway though, if your eating 500 cal's you're going to have to burn about.. 2000 cal's a day on top of what you already burn by sleeping, walking around at school, etc. Try jogging/running/walking/jump roping those are all activities that burn the most. or riding a bike. then before bed i did 100 crunches & 100 situps and 50 pushups. my stomach killed but it was worth it to me.
If this doesnt sound appealing to you, or if it sounds hard.. then dont do it. Dont force yourself to lose weight that fast. bodies arent accustomed to it =/ so please be careful & if at any point you feel weak by doing this STOP. Like if you physically have absolutely no energy, then stop doing it & eat. (dont eat alot though right away, because you'll gain alot of weight, making up for what u didnt eat.) so make sure if you stop & want to go back to a normal eating schedule.. slowly up your calories..
