i am a 13 year old male and i just think i know what you can do if you try asking him out and he says wait a while maybe when you're 14 or 15 but if you havn't ask him out you should tell him i have something very important to talk to you about " name " you tell him you still want to be friends if he says no it's ok and maybe when you get older ask him if he'll consider it and then tell him that you'd want to go out with him trust me it worked for me and a few of the girls i went out with one was two years older and another three years older. just try it you may never know the answer if you don't take the cance!

you should maybe invite him to go somewhere with you to hang out. then you could maybe casually ask him about his love life. like who do you like at ur school, would you date someone younger..

well i really think your a little young to think about dating a guy who is 4 years older than your but if i were you i would wait until you start acually noticing something and he probably thinks its a little weird dating a girl 4 years younger than him but i don't nkow him so best of luck
