hey, well i dont know if your a cheerleader or not but put your arms into tabletop motion. that means put your hands into fists and then bend your arms so that your elbosws are alligned with your shoulders. then move your arms so that your fists are facing each other. then slowly move your arms so that your fists are facing front then slowly move them back. keep doing this. what it does is it stretches your muscles bewtween your shoulders and your boobs so that the more they stetch the bigger your boobs get. cait♥
