Question Posted Friday April 28 2006, 1:16 pm

I want a paypal account but I'm only 16...is that okay? And how do I transfer money to my paypal account? I basically need to know everything about paypal, I'll rate 5's. Thanks.

okay well the best thing to do to find out about paypal is to go to the site [Link](Mouse over link to see full location) because it's their main site.. if you scroll down to the bottom then you'll see a list of blue links that say stuff like "about", "accounts", "fees" and all those

hope that helped
