I run on my treadmill daily for 30 minutes, possibly more. I've tried wear socks with grips, plain socks, bare feet, shoes without socks and running shoes.
No matter what I do, I seem to get water blisters all over my feet every single time. How do I avoid them? How can I get rid of them?

Clean the skin and apply a dry sterile gauze pad. If the blister breaks, wash it with antiseptic soap and continue to keep it covered with a dry sterile pad. Don't peel away the dead covering skin. If a broken blister shows any sign of. As I read in an article about these 'water blisters' it states that it is caused by friction- so try and do the treadmill t a slower pace than usual until all your blisters have disapeared then place some kind of paded cloth under your feet inside socks. After time goes by make the treadmill a bit fater until you reach the speed you want. [ LondonScene's advice column | Ask LondonScene A Question ]
