welll im 12 years old 115 pounds && 5 foot 3 1/2 is that fat u think?? im very athletic my arms r all muscle but im not sure about my arms or legs i play both travel softball & travel basketball but it hasn't seemed to have done anything.. do u have any preferable diets? or somethign i do 100 crunches a day but my friends are extremely skinny & they eat so much so i end up eatin as much as them.. please i need mucho help. i have to go on a cruise in mid-may & i need to be in tip-top shape for bikini season..

You're just in your range! If you go to www.seventeen.com/bmi you can find out your healthy BMI. You're very healthy it seems. If you're an athlete, a lot of your weight is probably muscle. Don't worry about how much you weigh. Worry more about how you look. And keep up the 100 crunches.. but after awhile 100 will be like nothing. Increase the amount of crunches by 5 or 10 every day.
