i would like some help please!
hi im 16 years old and i was due on my period weeks ago. some days ill have pains so i will think that i will come on the following day but i haven't. ive experienced more pains,sickness feeling and sore nipples and i was wondering if these were symptoms of just before your about to come on? i'd like to know most of the sytoms so i know when im about to come on,my period used to last up to a week even 10 days but now its only 4-5 days(thankfully) and im going away soon and dont want to come on that day. It would be great if you could help.look forward to hearing from you. becky x

Hi,
Premenstrual symptoms are bloated feeling, tender breasts, low abdominal cramps, slight backache and sometimes feeling tired and achey all over.
A lot of people have irregular cycles, and sometimes have no symptoms that they are about to get their period. I am going to list some web sites for you to read for more information.
I think it's a good idea to get a Dr's check up to make sure nothing's wrong, one thing that comes to mind is thyroid problems can cause an irregular cycle, but other things can too. You'd have to have a blood test to know for sure.
