Sleep Schedule I went on vacation to a place where it was three hours earlier and now I am back home. How do I adjust to the sleep changes and get back to normal?

You just need to force yourself to go back to sleep. It just takes time, that's all there is to it. ]
just do soemthin that will distract yu from goin to sleep.. i had the same problem but mine wwas even worse because this summer i went to boznia.. and they are 7 hours ahead of us. (stl) and qawd u had no problem adjusting to the time wen i came over there kuzz i did so much never had time to sleep. but wen i cam bak to stl it was really hard.. i would go to sleep liek at 5 (in stl)) which was liek ((12a.m)) in bosnia.. but then i started doiing things like sports and watchin tee vee and stuff that didnt make want to go to sleep and eventually i got bak to my normal timeing...

Just, try to keep going to sleep at your regular bedtime, were you are now. Even if you get tired and such, try to wait until your regular bedtime. Good Luck! Hope I helped!
