ok well i wanna get my bellybutton percied .. my parents are leaniant on it .. and i bet if i keep asking ill be allowed. They told me i could because
1. im too young [ im 13 - turning 14 ]
2. cause i can get it infected [ well you can get your ears infected too and i have 4 ear percings ]
3. they dont know where to go so it will be accaully clean and secure
4. it hurts
can you tell me if its hurts alot and where to go to get it done and how much it will cost? thank youu!

Wellll. 14 is sort of young to get it done, the only reason there is sort of an age on that is because if you are still growing when you get it done it will stretch out the piercing and it will look bad, and or hurt.
2. anything you get pierced can get infcected but there is a high risk with belly piercings if its not in the summer & you wear shirts. when you get it done (if you get it done) you have to make sure that you dont wear tight shirts because the rubbing of the fabric on it can cause irritation & infection
3) any piercing place should be clean. They have constant health inspections to make sure that their using steril needles (NOT A PIECING GUN) if they use a piercing gun, dont go there. theres a high risk of infection with those
4) about it hurting - it all depends on your pain tolerance. i did mine myself and i didnt think it hurt.. and i have my tongue done also. and did my nose & lip myself haha.. so I can handle things like that.. so it all depends about that..
im not sure about the price.. but id imagine around 20 dollars. my tongue cost 30 and thats one of the most expensive.. it all depends on wher you go though.. id say look up local piercing/tattoo places and call them and ask for prices and about their needles and stuff. they should be able to answer every question you have :)

i have my belly button pierced
1. so my cousin is 12 years old and is really wild and out there she took her mother to a place to get hers pierced and her mom said she was the right age (she looks like shes 15). so it really just depends how easy they are and how old you look. but thats a huge risk
2. yes it can get ingected, mine didnt, at first it may look a little swollen and there will be a pussy like discharge but thats all normal. if you get it done make sure to ask them about the salt water treatment if they dont tell you to do it..i used it and it helps a lot. if you dont know what it is ask me.
3. search at yahoo on local. call around and visit your top choices. you ALWAYS want a clean and steral enviorment to get it pierced. you dont want it to be a tattoo and piercing place, you want it to be a piercing and tattoo place. make sure they are expiernced. and the one thing to look for when you want to find a place to get it done is a room in the piercing place where they do piercing. make sure they wear gloves and steralize the nedle and your belly button!
4. honestly it doesnt really hurt. it just feels like alot of pressure. but hey thats my opinion. a lot of the time it may bleed when the nedle goes in but mine didnt. it not painful and doesnt hurt a lot. when you get it done get a half bar, not a full moon because the moon will get caught on your clothes. dont touch it and make sure to not wear high rising jeans.
im not sure where you can get it done cause idk where you live. getting it pierced varies from place to place but it can be about 45$ PLUS the belly ring which can be like 20$ PLUS whatever soaps they give you to wash it with (i recomend the Provon one) and that can cost like 10$.

2. it doesnt get infected that easily, only if you touch it without cleaning your hands and if you dont wash it. otherwise, it'll be perfectly fine.
3. check out some piercing places in your town, and see which one has good professionals and a good reputation.
4. it doesnt hurt.
and i know all of this from experience since i have it, and it's perfectly fine.

I don't know where you live so i can't tell you where to go and whatnot, but i got my done at a tattoo place (mob ink). It doesn't really hurt, its really quick. It feels like you getting a shot, just quick and easy. But i guess that all depends on how much pain you can take to. When you get it done they will tell you how to clean it and how it wil get infected. So just take there advice and clean it several times a day. I had mine done for 2years and it hasn't got infected. I know a girl taht got hers done and it got infected and hers got really bad..she had a tube coming outta her stomach, it was nasty so if you get it done just make sure you keep cleaning it.

It hurts. you can't go in a pool for like a long time. Belly button infections are said to hurt more than ear infections, too.
